We never require contracts! We want to continue servicing your home because you love us!

That is entirely up to you! Some of our clients prefer to be home while the cleaning is completed, others like us to clean when they’re not home. We are completely comfortable with whichever option works best for you. Majority of our clients provide us with a key or garage code and we lock up when we are finished.

We love pets! And as long as they are comfortable with us, he/she is free to roam.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Checks are also welcome.

We do our very best to assign the same cleaning tech or team at each cleaning visit. Occasionally a member of your team may be sick or have requested time off, in which case we would send a substitute.

We provide everything we need to clean your home to sparkling perfection! We provide everything from cleaning products to cleaning cloths, vacuums and everything in between!

We use professional grade, earth friendly cleaning products. Our products do have a smell and our all-purpose cleaner is a disinfectant. They are good quality, hard working products that are also earth friendly and gentle on surfaces. We use an all natural, enzyme based cleaner for hard wood floors to ensure there is absolutely no build up or film left behind.

We do compensate our cleaning technicians very well hourly, they are also reimbursed for mileage and qualify for weekly bonuses. Tips are never expected as part of their pay, however, are always tremendously appreciated and if you feel inclined to leave a tip you are welcome to!

While we always take great care cleaning your home, accidents do unfortunately happen. Our teams are trained to report the damage immediately to the office, leave the item on your kitchen counter with a note and we will contact you to discuss repair, replacement or reimbursement.
