The Customer Portal is a helpful tool that allows you to have control over your service

Customer Portal 2.0

On June 27th 2024 we released an upgrade to our customer portal designed to provide you with greater control and convenience. The new portal includes three unique pages: Dashboard, Billing, and Profile, where you can manage and control settings, notifications, and much more!

What you can do in the customer portal:

Dashboard:

Within the Dashboard area, you will be able to edit, manage, and see your job schedule (including past, and future appointments).

Job Information

Estimated Arrival Time, Frequency, and Service Type can be seen from the main dashboard. You can also add on any of our additional services to any cleaning.

  • Estimated Arrival time is visible until the Job is started
  • Once your cleaning technician has checked in you will see an Estimated Completion time
  • Once all technicians are clocked out you will see the Actual Start and End Time.

Add Service Upgrades to jobs (This action will open a ticket on the dashboard)

  • Note: you can only add upgrades up to 24 hours before your next scheduled job. You will see a message if you are not within the 24 hours that will say: The window in which you can upgrade your service has passed

  • Note: You can view all rate modifications added and a complete breakdown of your next scheduled job right at the front of their dashboard in green.

Scheduling Requests

  • In the top right corner of your portal, you can easily make a scheduling request. Currently, this feature allows you to text, call, or email us directly from the portal.

  • We are excited to announce that we are working on future updates that will enable you to adjust your schedule yourself, providing even more flexibility and convenience.

Billing:

In the Billing section, you can:

  • Update and Change Credit Cards:
    • Add or update credit card information. Note: At least one card must be on file at all times.
  • View and Pay Invoices:
    • Pay your invoices with a credit card on file.
    • Add a tip to open invoices and pay your balance.
  • Download PDF Copies of Invoices:
    • Download a PDF copy of your QuickBooks invoice.

  • Note: They cannot delete a credit card unless they add one first. There must be 1 card on file

Rate Your Service

We are excited to announce that you can now rate your service directly from the customer portal! Your feedback helps us continually improve, and we encourage you to rate every visit to ensure we meet your expectations.

In addition to rating your service, you can also:

  • Leave Feedback: Provide comments for upcoming visits to further enhance your experience.
  • Leave a Tip: Show your appreciation by leaving a tip for your cleaning technician, all conveniently from the dashboard.

We aim to make this process quick and convenient for you. Thank you for helping us serve you better!

View & Accept Terms of Service

You can conveniently review our terms of service directly from your portal. We ask that you formally accept these terms, as using our service indicates your agreement with them.

Manage Profile

Account Information

In this section, you can update your personal details, add a company name, or set a default tip for each visit to automate the tipping process.

Manage Contacts & Notifications

In this section, you can add or remove email addresses and phone numbers. If you want additional people to receive cleaning notifications, this is the perfect place to set that up. You can also customize the quantity, type, and frequency of notifications you receive for your cleaning service.

Within the profile section of the Customer Portal, they will also be able to change and manage their password
