Performance-Based Compensation:

You’ll earn a percentage of every completed job, in addition to keeping 100% of the tips from clients. Competitive Earnings: Earn consistently between $18 to $24 per hour. Our full-time employees typically bring in $600 to $850 per week, or an average of $21 per hour (before tips).

Autonomous Work Environment:

After completing training, you’ll manage your own cleaning supplies and head directly from your home to your cleaning assignments. You’ll only need to stop by the office when necessary for supply refills.

Employee Benefits:

You will be an employee with ALL the benefits and perks. NOT contract labor. We cover training, supplies, and uniforms, and handle half of your social security and medicare taxes.

No nights or weekends required, allowing you to enjoy a balanced personal and professional life.

We aim to keep your assigned homes within a 30-minute radius of your location. Moreover, we strive to schedule your tasks for the day within a 15-minute proximity of each other.
