You’ll earn a percentage of every completed job, in addition to keeping 100% of the tips from clients. Competitive Earnings: Earn consistently between $18 to $24 per hour. Our full-time employees typically bring in $600 to $850 per week, or an average of $21 per hour (before tips).
After completing training, you’ll manage your own cleaning supplies and head directly from your home to your cleaning assignments. You’ll only need to stop by the office when necessary for supply refills.
You will be an employee with ALL the benefits and perks. NOT contract labor. We cover training, supplies, and uniforms, and handle half of your social security and medicare taxes.
No nights or weekends required, allowing you to enjoy a balanced personal and professional life.
