How do I book my first appointment?

It’s so easy! You just visit our page, it takes literally 60 seconds to fill out all the necessary details for us to generate an instant price for you (Our online estimate tool is very accurate!). Once you have your price, you will have the option to select a date and time for your first cleaning! That’s it!

Do you service my area?

We currently service All of St. Charles, County (St. Charles, St. Peters, Weldon Spring, Cottleville, O’Fallon, Dardenne Prarie, Wentzville, Defiance, Augusta) and parts of St. Louis County (Chesterfield, Creve Couer, Ballwin). If you don’t see your city listed, give us a call and we will let you know if you are in our service area!

What is included in a standard cleaning?

We dry dust blinds, windowsills, window ledges, door fronts and backs at every cleaning! We move everything to clean (knick knacks, picture frames, DVD players, cable boxes, items on kitchen counters, toiletry items in the bathroom, etc. The only exception is TVs). Every cleaning technician will show up within our 2-hour time window on your scheduled day, they will be courteous, professional, helpful and friendly. How much will it cost?

All homes are unique, we base our pricing off of your unique home and your unique cleaning needs. You can build an instant estimate within 60 seconds on our Instant Estimate page. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

We bring everything we need to clean! We bring 100% cotton cleaning cloths, microfiber cleaning cloths, Vacuum, mops, high-quality microfiber mop pads, washable cobweb dusters, all cleaning products and tools needed to leave your home sparkling! All cleaning products used in your home are EPA-registered, PH-Nuetral, have a light, fresh scent and work amazing!

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Pricing & Policies

Do I leave a tip?

We do compensate our cleaning technicians very well hourly, they are also reimbursed for mileage and qualify for weekly bonuses based on quality of work and attendance. Tips are never expected as part of their pay, however, are always tremendously appreciated, if you feel inclined to leave a tip you are welcome to!

How can I pay?

All of our clients keep a card on file in our secure system and it is charged at the close of the business day after the cleaning is complete. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Do I have to be home for the cleaning?

That’s entirely up to you! Some of our clients prefer to be home while the cleaning is completed, others like us to clean when they’re not home. We are completely comfortable with whichever option works best for you. Majority of our clients are not home and provide us with a lockbox code or garage code and we lock up when we’re finished.

What about my pets?

We love pets! And as long as they are comfortable with us, he/she is free to roam.

Will you assign the same technician at every cleaning?

We do our very best to assign the same cleaning tech or team at each cleaning visit. Occasionally a member of your team may be sick or have requested time off, in which case we would send a substitute.

Do I have to sign a contract?

We never require contracts! We want to continue servicing your home because you love us!

Manage your Account

How do I log into my account?

Once you sign up for service, you will receive a “Welcome Package” that will include details and log in information.

How do I create a Sparkling Clean account?

Upon signing on as a new Sparkling Clean client you will receive a “Welcome Package”. It will contain all the details of how to create and log in to your client portal.

How do I reset my password?

You will be able to change and update your password through our online client portal. You will receive instructions, user name and password details upon signing on as a Sparkling Clean client.

How do I change my contact information?

You can access and update all of your appointment information and contact details through our online client portal.

How do I change my credit card?

You can access and update all of your appointment information, payment information and contact details through our online client portal. It is very safe and completely secure! We use BluePay for all of our payment processing. You can learn more about their service and security practices here.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Every employee of Sparkling Clean has to undergo an in-person interview, employment history verification, reference checks, background checks are performed, social security trace and undergo random drug testing.

What happens if something is broken or damaged?

While we always take great care cleaning your home, accidents do unfortunately happen. Our teams are trained to report the damage immediately to the office, leave the item on your kitchen counter with a note and we will contact you to discuss repair, replacement or reimbursement.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

It absolutely is. We take your privacy and security very seriously. All of your card information is completely encrypted and cannot be viewed by anyone once entered into our system, only the last 4 digits are visible. We use BluePay as our card processing vendor, you can learn more about their security measures here.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

They absolutely do! Our cleaning technicians go through both a local county background screening and a nationwide background screening.

What is your 200% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We offer a 200% money-back guarantee! Give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning, let us know which areas you had a concern with and we will send a team back out to re-clean your areas of concern at no charge to you! We’re not happy until you are and we’re always thrilled to go above and beyond to make sure we achieve your satisfaction! If you are still not satisfied after the reclean is complete you will receive a full refund.

Are you bonded and insured?
