  • Dust Light Fixtures, Vents, Cold Air Returns, Exhaust Fans - Once Monthly for Recurring Clients
  • Dust baseboards - Once Monthly for Recurring Clients
  • Remove Cobwebs - Once Monthly for Recurring Clients
  • Dust Doors, frames and ledges
  • Wipe Window sills and ledges
  • Dust bookcases and shelves (Under 8’)
  • Clean mirrors and glass items
  • Wipe tabletops
  • Quick dust of blinds
  • Spot Clean fronts of all cabinets and drawers
  • Dust fabric/leather furniture
  • Spot clean light switches and door knobs
  • Clean glass entrance doors
  • Quick de-clutter of surfaces and floors
  • Empty bins and replace liners (we provide 10 gallon and under, you provide 13 gallon or larger)
  • All high dusting items are completed (ceiling fans, light fixtures, vents, etc)
  • All baseboards, doors & door frames are hand-wiped
  • All cabinet fronts are wiped top to bottom
  • All Furniture fronts are wiped top to bottom

  • Clean inside Microwave
  • Clean stove and range hood exterior
  • Clean all countertops and backsplash
  • Wipe exterior of all countertop appliances
  • Wipe exterior of microwave, fridge, stove, oven & dishwasher
  • Wipe exterior of trash can

Bathrooms

  • Wipe top of shower head
  • Scrub tub/shower walls, doors and floor
  • Scrub shower tracks
  • Clean toothbrush holder and lightly organize items
  • Clean and shine faucets and fixtures
  • Clean toilet top to bottom, inside and out
  • Hand wash the floor around the toilet
